Request
As soon as you have found the Building Block that fits your needs, you can add it to your shopping cart. In case you do already have your own shop and your request is about an additional function it is very important to include your shops URL. The URL is crucial for the following step, the creation of the quote. You aren’t entirely sure whether this is the right Building Brick for your store? That’s okay. Even after the submission, your request isn’t binding just yet and is still free of charge.
First contact
As soon as you have submitted your request, we will get in touch with you and ask you for access to your Website. The access gives us the chance to get a better look at your already existing infrastructure. The access is necessary, so we can find out, on what basis the additional infrastructure must get implemented. By finding this out we can set up an accurate quote.
Assessment, Quotation and Confirmation
As soon as you have granted us access to your Website, we will have a closer look at your request. First we check how long the implementation of your chosen Building Block will take and how much it is going to cost you. As soon as we have finished this process, we will send you a quote.
The quote will include the price of the implementation in your special case. The price depends on the chosen Building Block, the existing infrastructure, and your exact wishes for the implementation. Since the infrastructure of customers shops varies, we kindly ask you to consider the price ranges you’ll find on the product pages as a mere reference value. The quotation also includes a time frame in which you can expect the implementation to be finished.
Confirmation & Advanced Payment
In case you are fine with the quotation we sent you, we are looking forward to your order confirmation. To make the contract valid, an advanced payment is necessary.
Invoice
As soon as we have received your advanced payment, we will send you your invoice.
Service Provision
We start with the fulfilment of your order as soon as we have received your payment. Because we want to make sure that we do not disturb your daily business in any way, we will implement the additional function on a so-called Dev-Theme first. The Dev-Theme is sort of like a copy of your shop which can only be seen by people who have access. This means you won’t be able to see any changes in your shop just yet, even though we are already working on it. This way we can make sure that the chosen Building Block is exactly what you imagined it to be before it is visible for the public in your real shop. As soon as we have finished our work at the Dev-Theme we will forward you a preview link. This way you can have a look on the results.
Clearance
By looking at the preview, you’ve got the chance to make sure that the results are what you imagined them to be before they go online. If this is the case, we are looking forward to your clearance. In case you’d like to have something adjusted, feel free to let us know. We will try our very best to meet your expectations as good as we can.
Order Completion
As soon as we have received your clearance, we will make sure that your customers can profit from your newly implemented feature. This will be the final step of the order.
