Upselling means that, as soon as your customers have chosen a product, they will be asked whether they would like to swap it with a more valuable product. By stating that there is only a slight monetary difference but a big difference in the products value, the customer can get convinced to opt for the more expensive product. The implementation of this feature will be carried out by us. You can choose when the upselling feature should get shown. Either your customer will be asked about the upgrade when choosing “buy now” or as soon as the product is added to the shopping cart.
